Grant Proposal
U4Education (U4E) is dedicated to revolutionizing access to world-class AI educational assistance for under-resourced communities in Africa and the World. Our mission is to expand our AI-driven educational scholarship program further into Africa, using cutting-edge artificial intelligence to deliver personalized learning experiences at unprecedented level.
Our Goal is to raise $10,000,000 in our phase one round of funding. Each donation will be of $1,000,000 and will include one seat on the board of directors.
Currently U4Education is financed and run by Wilson Bright. Wilson Bright is committed to not making a salary. Hence: 100% of funds will pass thru to free education. Once the ten board of directors are brought in then the group will decide how much should go to administration. Wilson aims for a very small percentage going to administration, and the greatest administration expenses should go to teachers we hire thorough out Africa to help us develop our teaching technique.
Wilson Bright, age 66, is the Founder and President of U4Education (U4E). Before dedicating his life to this philanthropic mission, Mr. Bright spent 26 years building and leading his own successful business, Rose City Textiles, based in Portland, Oregon.
Under his leadership, Rose City Textiles became a trusted partner for major outdoor and athletic brands such as Patagonia and Arc'teryx, serving as a key consignment and logistics provider. The company once managed Nike’s domestic team apparel warehousing program, demonstrating Wilson’s deep expertise in operations, systems management, and accountability.
