To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is to confirm that Wilson Bright, serving as President of U4E (You for Education), will not receive any salary or compensation for his role within the organization.

U4E is committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all resources. At this time, all leadership roles, including that of the President, are performed on a voluntary basis.

In the future, if substantial funding is secured, U4E may reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses incurred by Mr. Bright in connection with official organizational duties. Any such reimbursements would be subject to be handled in accordance with U4E’s financial policies and all applicable nonprofit regulations.
